This application is made by the undersigned to become a member of the Hedgehog Breeders Alliance, hereafter referred to as the HBA. Applicant agrees to adhere to the HBA Code of Ethic guidelines as set forth by this Organization. The HBA is an organization developed for hedgehog breeders who wish to work together towards the best interest, health and happiness of the hedgehogs. By filling out this application and returning it via e-mail or postal service you hereby commit to fulfill the undertakings and policies set forth in this application, the bylaws and the HBA Code of Ethics.

Completion of this form does guarantee a membership into the Hedgehog Breeders Alliance. Every breeder is welcome. If you choose NOT to follow the by-laws or COE's then your membership may be terminated. Any errors or omissions are the responsibility of the breeder requesting membership and will be verified for accuracy before the breeder is granted membership.
